Vestry Hall is the University of West London’s music and technology building. We carried out a refurbishment to areas of the existing building, which involved addressing damp issues, carrying out basic roof works and acoustic treatment to the music performance hall.
The university initially provided us with an outline of the works before we carried out a survey to provide solutions and a plan for the refurbishment. Works were completed in different areas throughout the building to address issues which required professional attention.
"We were very pleased with the standard of workmanship that we saw from URBN. They worked efficiently to the time scales we provided and were very accommodating when it came to working around classes and activity inside the building. We’re located in a residential area so when they carried out work on the roof, they were very careful with access and ensured there was as little disruption as possible.
With some issues such as the damp, the URBN team weren’t sure of the solution until they actually got on site and had a good look. They came up with answers really quickly, and got on and carried out the works that were required.
We would definitely recommend URBN and would like to work with them again in the future."
