The Old Library is a listed building in a prime location in Exeter. We carried out the full internal renovation of the building, transforming it from a basic structure into a luxury 61-bed student complex.

We redesigned 44 apartments from scratch into both one bed flats and two bed flats with mezzanine floors, completing all of the internal fittings and fixtures. This included the bathrooms, kitchens and appliances and all bedroom furniture. We also provided a full M&E file (mechanical and electrical file) which contained all certificates and contractor information which is required for health and safety purposes.
