    Project began: 2017 Completed: 2017 Contract value: £500K Working alongside Burrington Estates, we converted a collection of small industrial units in Plymouth into a multi-functional mix of contemporary, flexible offices and meeting rooms, plus warehousing and distribution facilities.

    Project began: 2017 Completed: August 2017 Contract value: £120K We carried out a full bar refurbishment for the launch of The Book Cover in Exeter, a cocktail bar with a 1920’s ‘speakeasy’ design. We created a cocktail lounge with a large bar, raised cushioned booths and low-level lighting.

    STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

    Project began: February 2019 Estimated Completion: June 2020 Contract value: £4.3M We’re working alongside developers, Galileo, on the construction of a 68 bedroom student accommodation on Southampton High Street. The accommodation is due to include communal areas and laundry rooms as well as space for commercial units beneath the building.

    Project began: May 2018 Completed: August 2019 Contract value: £10.5M A 190-bed student complex is in the works at the former Falmouth Ocean Bowl, adjacent to Falmouth docks railway station. We’re working alongside Empiric Property to develop this site into new student accommodation consisting of 5 blocks with a gym, reception and study rooms.

    Project began: May 2019 Completed: May 2019 Contract value: £150K As part of our work with the NHS at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth, we undertook the refurbishment of several bathrooms throughout the hospital and created a private staffing area complete with kitchen facilities and rest space.

    Project began: January 2019 Estimated completion: July 2019 Contract value: £1M As part of our work at The Donkey Sanctuary, Devon, we undertook the redevelopment of three existing shelters, the creation of a new shelter and on-site drainage works to improve living conditions for the sanctuary’s residents.
